Did you run out of your favor moisture creams? No problem.
Many models do this on occasion: They break a vitamin E. oil capsule
and rub it over their facial area. It works just as well and can be
purchased at a local drug, grocery or health store.
But remember, before applying your makeup be sure your faces is
thoroughly clean. He can remove excessive oils by patting your face
with a very cool water to keep your pores from clogging.
Your situation will dictate your makeup needs. Makeup application for
runaway work differs from makeup requirements for photo sessions differ
from your regular street makeup. (Runway makeup is usually applied a
lot heavier.) You're photographer or makeup artist will be your best
fashion consultant. Listen to them and use their expertise to make the
right decision regarding your makeup.
My steady rules for all models are:
1.) get a good night's sleep.
2.) Drink plenty water (8 to 10 glasses a day).
3.) Include fruit and vegetables in your diet on a daily basis.
4.) Keep a positive mental outlook. You're outward appearance reflects
your inner beauty.
5.) Watch your weight. (Models especially at holiday times, will little
tricks like drinking lemon juice with warm water to curb you
appetite.)Gone shopping lately? Did you know you can get name brands
